未來很長一段時間,“美麗鄉村”將會是中國經濟和空間發展的熱點,新時代的鄉村規劃設計也力求充分挖掘項目的文化價值和商業潛力。烏鎮作為世界互聯網大會永久會址的所在地,旅游+互聯網將成為烏鎮未來發展的重要方向, 更亟需全球智慧共同探索互聯網時代下的村落將如何進行演化與轉型。
本賽事廣邀海內外知名設計院校,包括哈佛大學、東京大學、清華大學、同濟大學、上海交通大學、香港大學、臺灣交通大學等高校的學生參賽,并邀請來自中港臺三地的專家作為大賽評審,以國際視野打造中國的美麗鄉村。

In the foreseeable future, countryside development will continue to be an important issue of economic and urban development in China. Meanwhile, current practice of rural planning and design has become more comprehensive, aiming to fully unlash the cultural value and commercial potential of the site. The town of Wuzhen has been elected the “permanent site for the Global Internet Conference”, hence this competition calls on global intelligence to explore the evolution and transformation of the villages, especially under the influence of internet connectivity.
This competition is open to all university students worldwide, we will send invitations to renowned universities including Harvard University, Tokyo University, Tsinghua University, Tongji University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Hong Kong University, TaiwanChiao Tung University, etc. The judges are from professionally diversified backgrounds, offering a global perspective and a robust feedback mechanism for this competition.
(1) 奧雅設計之星大學生競賽是深圳市創意十二月的專項活動之一
創意十二月是深圳市文體旅游局主辦的展覽活動,其目的是通過創意活動在12月份的集中展示,激發市民對創意文化的關注,以此鼓勵和推動社會各級力量積極參與深圳創意產業發展及“設計之都”建設。
(2) 互聯網時代下城鄉融合發展是提高城市和鄉村生活品質的有效策略
城郊新農村地區的發展是新型城鎮化的重要內容,城鄉一體、城鄉融合、城鄉互助體現了新型城鎮化的重要精神。鄉村地區豐富了城市居民的生活方式,同時城市的經濟聚集也為周邊鄉村發展奠定了的資金基礎。在互聯網時代背景下,城鄉空間形態和生活方式的融合,充滿著期待與想象。
(3) 橫港村地理條件優越,是打造烏鎮“美麗鄉村”的難得之地
橫港村位于世界互聯網大會永久會址的烏鎮,并緊鄰烏鎮景區,區內水系、田園風光突出,具有發展“美麗鄉村”的優勢條件,有利于構建新型城鄉關系。

(1) Shenzhen “Creative December”
Shenzhen has been awarded the title of “ City of Design” in China. Creative December consists of a series of exhibitions held by the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, aiming to increase public awareness for creative culture, and to encourage public participation in the development of Shenzhen’s creative industry.
(2) In the Internet era, urban-rural integrations is an effective strategy to improve the quality of both urban and rural life.
The development of sub-rural area is an important topic of new urbanism, with the essence being urban/rural intergration and mutual improvement. The countryside provides diverse lifestyle choices for urban dwellers, and the economic concentration of the city lays the foundation for surrounding villiages’ development. In the internet era, we expect to see new ways of urban-rural integration both formally and socially.
(3) The geographical advantage of Henggang village provides a rare opportunity to design the “Beautiful Villiage” of China.
The Henggang Village is located near Wuzhen , which has been made the “ permanent site for the Global Internet Conference” . It sits on a beautiful rural landscape, has waterways running through the site, and is within the proximity of the Wuzhen cultural heritage site.

Encourage the “DEEP+”approach to planning and landscape design (design + ecology + economy + planning ). Designers must take ecological and commercial considerations into account early in the design stage, in order to fully unlash the cultural and commercial value of site.

Respect the site, maintain its original character, and to improve the local residents’ living environment.

(6) 參賽作品將不退于參賽者,參賽者擁有參賽作品的版權,但競賽組織者與出資單位有權行使參賽作品署名權以外的其他版權權利。
(7) 所有圖文表現須中英文雙語。
(1) 4 - 6 pages of A0 posters, must include but not limited to function layout, spatial arrangement and aerial view.
(2) A powerpoint presentation of less than 40 pages, to explain your design. (encouraged to include vocal recordings)
(3) Clearly label your name, school/faculty and project name, on the back of each page (bottom right corner). No personal information shall be disclosed on the front of any pages, or you could be disqualified.
(4) Submission deadline: 30 November 2015.
(5) All hard copies should be posted to: Mandy Jiang, 3rd Floor, 5# Block, Nanhai E-Cool Building, XinghuaRD,Shekou, Nanshan District, ShenZhen, People’s Republic of China. (6) Entries will not be returned to participants. The competition organizer owns the copyright of submitted works, except authorship remains with the participant.
(7) All works should be presented in both Chinese and English.

You could enter as an individual or as a group (no more than 3 group members).
Inter-disciplinary collaboration is encouraged.
You may not use formerly published works or entries from previous competitions, or you may be disqualified.
